Frank Foodie, the owner of Foodie’s Diner, has recently passed away. With no family to inherit his legacy, he declared before his passing that he would be leaving the diner to his most trusted staff member. Yet, a puzzling twist ensues as nobody knows where he left his will and transfer papers. In this three-part mystery, can you unravel the whereabouts of these crucial documents and unveil the identity of the new owner of Foodie’s Diner?

Clue:
Recovered from the belongings of the departed owner is a package, within which lies a securely locked box equipped with a lettered keypad. Accompanying this find is a note that reads:
Please ask everyone what my favorite fruit is. Every letter of the word begins with every first letter here. And that is also the passcode to the box. Check who knows the real answer. Having knowledge of it means they are the one.
