REFUND POLICY

Physical Games / Products

 

If you change your mind about the purchase of a physical game(s) or product(s), you may request a cancelation and refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the purchased product(s) has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancelations and refunds. Sorry, we are unable to accept returns at this point.

 

To request a cancelation within 24 hours of placing an order, reach out via our Contact Form or email us at support@incidentmysterygames.com. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam folders for our response.

While filling out the order form, please check and recheck the email address and shipping address you will be sharing. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Entering an incorrect email address would cause the confirmation email to be sent to the incorrect email address. Please contact us immediately if you think you may have entered the incorrect email address. Similarly, entering an incorrect shipping address would cause the purchased physical product(s) to be sent to the incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if you think you may have entered the incorrect shipping address. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancelations, exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Digital Games / Products:

 

There is no cancelation/exchange/return/refund for digital products. Digital products are delivered via a link in an email to the email address provided on the order form. Once an order has been placed, please check the inbox and spam folder. An email with the download link should be delivered almost immediately after the order has been placed. There should be no delays or errors, but if in a rare instance there is a delay of more than 30 minutes, please reach out via out Contact Form .

Please check and recheck the email address provided on the order form. An order confirmation email and a download link for the digital product(s) will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Entering an incorrect email address would cause the email to be delivered to the incorrect email address. Please contact us immediately if you think you may have entered an incorrect email address, so we can send it to the correct one. This applies to minor typing errors only. We cannot send additional links to email addresses completely different from the one provided on the order form.
